If your content was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with: your signature; what was removed and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if outside the US, any court where we may be found), and to accept service from the person who sent the notice.

We may restore the content in 10 to 14 business days unless the claimant tells us they filed a court action.

We end the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe, when appropriate.
