This site gives you information about Develofi's services and free tools, including the idea evaluator. You can use it for your own business planning.

The idea evaluator is an automated first-pass check, not professional advice. It is not legal advice, not a compliance audit, and not a guarantee that your idea will succeed. Decisions are yours.

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break it, scrape it at scale, or use the evaluator to process other people's personal information.

Every engagement starts with a conversation, then a short paid discovery when needed, then a written agreement that spells out scope, timeline, and price before any build work begins.

That written agreement — along with any change orders — is the deal for that work. These website terms cover the rest: how our plans and balances work, ownership, and what happens if things end.

If a written agreement ever conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Our plans work like a utility. You pay a monthly amount that puts a balance on your account, and we draw that balance down as we do work for you — meetings, app-building credits, and agreed services.

Rollover rules — how long unused balance lasts, any cap, and the rate — are negotiated per client and written into your agreement. Unused balance does not quietly vanish.

Fixed build work is priced as a ceiling, negotiated in advance and milestone-based, so you always know the most you can spend.

Invoices are payable on the terms in your agreement. If a balance runs out, work pauses until you top up or your next monthly reload — nothing bills silently.

You own the software we build for you, including the code, once your invoices for that work are paid. It is your asset — we do not hold it hostage.

We keep ownership of our own internal tools, methods, and anything we build for ourselves (like the products in our portfolio). Your work is yours; our tools are ours.

You keep ownership of everything you give us: your ideas, data, brand, and content.

We agree on timelines in writing and hit them, or tell you early and honestly when something slips.

If you want to change scope mid-build, we quote it as a written change order with its own price and timeline before we touch anything. No surprise invoices.

Either side can end a monthly plan with the notice period in your agreement — 30 days is our standard. Work in flight finishes or hands off cleanly.

When an engagement ends, you get your code, your files, and a handoff. Any unused rollover balance is handled exactly as your agreement says.

We work hard to be accurate and to deliver, but no service can promise that software will be perfect or that a business outcome is guaranteed. Our liability for any claim connected to these terms is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Neither side is responsible for delays caused by things beyond reasonable control.

We may update these terms as our services change. The date below always shows the current version, and material changes are flagged plainly at the top of this page. Your written agreements are not reopened by website updates.
