Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Develofi, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, located at 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. B3IP Holdings, Inc. owns the Develofi trademarks and the underlying intellectual property and licenses them to Develofi, LLC.

By using develofi.com or any Develofi service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your own business planning and projects, under these terms.

Written agreements, quotes, and change orders for paid work also apply. If one of them conflicts with these terms, the written agreement wins for that work.

Do not break, overload, probe, or work around the security of the service. Do not scrape it at scale or copy it to build a competing service.

Do not upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share, including other people's personal information without permission.

Do not use the service to mislead people, send spam, or infringe anyone's rights.

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Tell us right away at support@develofi.com if you think someone else used your account.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Develofi, LLC is the seller. Stripe's own terms cover how your card or bank payment is handled.

Develofi, LLC handles refunds and applicable taxes. Our $99 prototype comes with a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days, as described at checkout. Other refunds follow the written agreement for that work.

Plans and balances work like a utility: you add funds, and we draw them down for agreed work. Nothing bills silently.

You keep ownership of everything you submit: ideas, text, files, mockups, and data. Your code is always your code once paid for.

You give Develofi, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, display, and distribute your content only as needed to run and provide the service to you and the people you choose to share with.

You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to share it. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law, at our discretion.

Reports, scores, and prototypes are generated with help from AI. They can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before relying on them. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, DEVELOFI, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100.

You agree to defend and cover Develofi, LLC against claims, losses, and costs that come from your misuse of the service, your content, or your breaking these terms.

You can stop using the service and leave whenever you like. Stay with us as long as you want, your code is always your code, leave whenever you'd like.

We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or put the service or others at risk. Sections that should last after ending, like ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, keep applying.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought only in the state and federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will flag big changes clearly.
