Your information, kept simple.

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you type: your name, your email, and your message. That is it. We do not ask for anything we do not need to reply to you.

When you run the idea evaluator, we collect your idea description or the website address you enter, plus your name and email when you unlock the full report.

Like almost every website, our hosting keeps basic technical records: pages visited, approximate location of the request, browser type, and the page that sent you here. We use these to keep the site working and to understand which pages help people.

We use your contact details to reply to you. That is the main use, full stop.

When you submit a form or unlock an evaluator report, we get an immediate notification and it is added to a once-a-day summary we send ourselves. This helps us respond fast without checking a dashboard all day.

We review evaluator inputs and outcomes to improve the tool — better checklists, clearer reports. We do not publish your ideas or share them with other companies.

We do not sell your information. Not to data brokers, not to advertisers, not to anyone.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this site.

We do not send marketing email you did not ask for. If you contact us, we reply to you about your request — that is it.

Form submissions and evaluator reports are stored in our managed cloud database, hosted in the United States. Access is locked down: only Develofi and our service providers can reach it, and only to run the site.

Your text size and contrast choices on this site are saved on your own device. They never leave your browser.

We keep form submissions and evaluator reports for as long as they are useful for our working relationship, and no longer than two years after our last contact. Ask us to delete sooner and we will.

Records we are required to keep for business, tax, or legal reasons are kept only as long as the law requires.

This site is for business owners and operators. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child gave us information, email us and we will delete it.

You can ask us to show you what we have, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@develofi.com and we will handle it within 30 days — usually much faster.

You can also ask us not to use your evaluator input for improving the tool. Just say so in your email.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date below. If a change is significant, we will say so plainly at the top of the page.
