Contact details: name, email, phone number, company name, and role.

Account details: sign-in email, profile photo if you add one, and the date and version of the terms you accepted.

Ideas and projects: idea descriptions, interview answers, website addresses, reports, scores, versions, shared links, comments, change requests, and uploaded mockups and files.

Website copies: public pages, text, and images we read from a website you ask us to evaluate or move.

Payment and usage records: purchases, credit balances, AI usage, and project costs. Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us.

Usage and device data: pages visited, approximate location from your network address, browser and device type, and the page that sent you here.

Cookies and local storage: sign-in session, your saved progress, display settings like text size and contrast, and your cookie choice.

To run the service: create reports and prototypes, keep your progress, sign you in, reply to you, and support your projects.

To keep it safe: prevent abuse, rate-limit attacks, and fix problems.

To improve it, using combined, non-identifying usage information.

Hosting and database providers, including Lovable and its cloud partners, to store and run the service.

Analytics provided by our hosting, to count visits and find problems.

Stripe, to process payments.

AI providers: Google (Gemini models) and OpenAI (GPT models), reached through the Lovable AI service, plus Firecrawl for reading public web pages. What you type or upload may be sent to them to produce results.

People you choose to share with, and the Product Architect assigned to your project.

Authorities, when the law requires it.

We keep data while your account or project is active and for up to two years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer or you ask us to delete it sooner.

On shared ideas we count visits, share-button taps, and "use", "pay", and "follow" taps. Visits are counted with a daily one-way code that can't identify you. If you tap pay or follow, we keep your account email to tell you about that idea. You can undo either at any time, and the idea's owner only ever sees totals.

We use encrypted connections, locked-down database access rules, and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or opt out of marketing, by emailing legal@develofi.com. We answer within 30 days.

We honor Global Privacy Control signals from your browser as a request to opt out of sale or sharing and of non-essential analytics.

We do not sell or share your personal information.

You have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to not be treated differently for using these rights. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer things about you.

To make a request, email legal@develofi.com. You may use an authorized agent.

The service is not directed to anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child gave us information, email us and we will delete it.

If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the right authorities as required by the Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 and other applicable law.

We use essential cookies and local storage to sign you in, save your progress, and remember your display settings. These are always on.

We use basic analytics only if you allow it in the cookie banner. You can change your choice any time by clearing site data in your browser. We do not use advertising trackers.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and flag big changes clearly.
